Weaknesses: Loses temper unbelievably easy and has terrible self control. Blood-lust can affect her normal behavior and she sometimes can't subdue her yearning to kill. When she shapeshifts sometimes she loses control and behaves how that certain animal would in the wild. Say she turned into a cat, she could spook easily and dart into the nearest cover, cowering unable to control her own thoughts as the animals nature takes over.
Background: Rush Fletcher grew up under an important name to the kingdom for her father was Captain Fletcher of the Royal Guard; in charge of the combat units.
She wanted to be exactly like him and does to this day. Rush joined the Royal Guard at age 14, the youngest age possible, and mastered her skills for three years under her fathers watch. Her father trained Rush for hours on end in battle and strategy and defense but it ended when he died of "heart failure". Rush was 17 at this time, her heart was crushed and she was never the same. She believed that the Vice Captain had murdered her father after she overheard him talking filth about him with two other Guards. She kept to herself for a short while but soon her anger and urge to know bubbled to the surface.
Rush confronted the new Captain about it and was furious when he denied it with a sickening smirk, she had attacked him full on, then and there and in turn was overpowered and thrown in the dungeon for seven days after receiving 100 lashes from a whip. He's a cruel bastard. (sorry, but it's true...)
She was finally released but her punishment was removal from the Guard.
Rush escaped to her father and hers house on the outskirts of the kingdom, being motherless she grew further on her own. The old house located in the forest, hidden by nature, nobody knew of it. She lived on her own, in cold-hearted hate and anger.
Soon Rush found herself at a shortage of money and food. She left searching for work in nearby villages. A rich townsmen heard about Rush Fletcher and that she had been a member of the Royal Guards battle unit and approached her with a question. He offered her money to kill a man. Warily, Rush accepted and after receiving the necessary information she carried out the mission later that night with the lethal skills learned in the Guard. It wasn't long before she became well known and feared, though nobody knew where she lived exactly. Most said in the forest with wild animals after he exile from the guard. She grew addicted to killing, and honed her skills that allowed her to kill silently and to make it look natural or like an animal attack. She craved the feel of a dieing soul in her grip and became blood-thirsty. For one year she carried out several missions and got a healthy amount of money from her work too. She continues to kill for a living and is alarmingly good at it.

Bio: Technically lives with her mom but she rarely sees her.  Lilia's mother Relque owns a roadside brothel, she spends most of her time dealing with that.  Lilia found an old teacher and he allowed her to use his books to teach herself. Works as a waitress at the only pub in town, she's saving her money but for what she doesn't know.  She wants to get out of the village but she can't bring herself to leave her unstable mom.  Overall she's a really nice person.

Weaknesses: Extremely loyal, is very stubborn and has a hard mind to change.  When she uses her Time power she can only speed up or slow down a certain object, and when she does that she also slows down or speeds up her body so she becomes very vulnerable.  She can mess up the chemistry of an of something with her Chemist Selection possibly harming herself horribly.  Has a weird case of Hemophilia, so she really has to be careful.  She's a little sensitive.

Bio: Parents were gypsies; was taken from her parents at the age of 10 and put into an insane asylum because she claimed to hear voices and people talking to her that weren’t there. She was put into solitary confinement because of strange happenings. Therefore, when she was taken from the insane asylum she was, in the end, made insane by living by herself and just being in the asylum in general. She is sweet, kind-hearted, innocent, and child-like, but on a rare occasion she shows her true screwed up nature. 

Voodoo Powers:

Stabbing herself and/or a doll while holding some form of DNA of a person causes the same injury to occur on that person.

When using her own needles, they pass through her, leaving her unharmed, but her voodoo victim harmed instead. All other weapons can hurt her.
